Overview
Style and individuality abound in the New Yorka, just like its namesake city. There's the cathedral ceiling in the family and rumpus rooms, the spa bath in the ensuite, the feature wall cut-outs, polished boards, gas fireplace in the living room and bi-fold timber doors tot he alfresco area.
The highlights begin before you step over the threshold, with two stacked-stone pillars abutting the front porch, creating a chic entrance.
Inside to the left, there's an open study with ample room for all the paraphernalia of a home office. Continue along the polished timber boards to the combined living and dining rooms. This carpeted space strikes the ideal balance between roomy and cosy. A gas fireplace and chimnet add to the intimate feel, while single and triple-framed windowed let in plenty of natural light.
